“The main objective of publishing this book is to explain, in simple terms, the process of accessing public welfare, self-employment/employment-oriented, skill development/training, and investment-based schemes for eligible beneficiaries, so that they can avail themselves of these benefits and help make our Uttarakhand a ‘Best Uttarakhand’.
